Returns & Exchanges

At Aleph Gallery, we curate each piece with care and want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with an exchange or return.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 14-day return or exchange period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the process, please contact us at contact@aleph-gallery.com.

  • Domestic Returns: Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return. As we carry specialized and high-value items, shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • In-Store Returns: For your convenience, online orders may be returned or exchanged in person at our Newport Beach gallery at no additional cost.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@aleph-gallery.com so that we may evaluate the issue and prioritize a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale

To maintain the integrity of our curated collection, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom Products: Including special orders, personalized items, or jewelry that has been sized to your specifications.

  • Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty and apothecary products.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All purchases of discounted items or gift cards are final.

  • International Orders: Due to the complexities of customs and high-value insurance, all orders shipped outside the United States are Final Sale.

Shipping & Insurance Responsibilities

For all authorized returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Because of the high value of our inventory, we strictly require that all returns be sent via a trackable service with full-value insurance. Aleph Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. For oversized or heavy lifestyle pieces, please contact us for a shipping quote before attempting a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
