Alia Mouzannar is, first and foremost, a storyteller. Driven by a passion for contemporary art and informed by her studies in architecture, she translates narrative into intricate jewelry design. Hailing from a renowned family of Beirut jewelers established in the 18th century, her work is characterized by an exceptional sense of proportion, harmony, and a free-spirited elegance. Emotional resonance, combined with luxury and glamour, is inherent to her unique creations.

An award-winning designer, Mouzannar received accolades at the 2011 HRD contest in Shanghai for her 'Folding in Love' bracelet, a piece that celebrated her signature modular aesthetic. More recently, her innovative "Cache Ring" concept further exemplified this vision, modernizing traditional fine jewelry through versatile, contemporary mechanics.

This architectural and innovative approach aligned seamlessly with the vision of the late Zaha Hadid. The two collaborated to create an exclusive line for A&W Mouzannar—the historic family jewelry house for which Alia continues to design today.
